TRANSPARENT PRE-ORDER GUIDE
We are beyond excited to release the first-ever Fall/Winter 23' collection for Shema Worldwide. To ensure we can meet product demands for our valued customers, all tees and hoodies will be crafted on a made-to-order basis, allowing for larger available quantities. To provide you with all the essential information and ensure a transparent and seamless pre-order experience, we've thoughtfully assembled this comprehensive pre-order guide.
IMPORTANT DATES
Our store will be open beginning November 20th at 1:23 PM EST, the opportunity to place your orders will be available until December 4th at 5:00 PM EST. Please note that once the store closes on December 4th, we will no longer be accepting orders. Once the store has closed the production period will begin, which is estimated to last 4-5 weeks. Once all products have arrived they will go through a meticulous inspection period in order to uphold our quality standards. After the inspection period all products will be processed and shipped, once shipped we estimate U.S. orders to arrive within 3-5 business days, while orders shipped internationally are estimated to arrive in 7-12 business days.

While we are excited to offer a larger opportunity for you to purchase our Fall/Winter '23 collection through pre-order quantities, it's important to note that each product within our collection will still have a limited number of pre-order spots available. This exclusivity ensures that every piece remains unique. We encourage you to secure your pre-order early to guarantee your place in this exclusive opportunity, as once these limited spots are filled, we won't be able to accommodate additional pre-orders for those particular items.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
In the event you would like to cancel an order please email help@shemaworldwide.com within 30 minutes of placing your order. We will not be able to accommodate order cancellations beyond this 30-minute window.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
If you wish to make changes to your order, please reach out to help@shemaworldwide.com within 30 minutes of placing your order. We understand that sometimes preferences may change, and we'll do our best to assist you during this initial period. However, please be aware that we won't be able to accommodate order changes beyond this 30-minute window, as we'll promptly initiate the production process to ensure a timely delivery of your exclusive items.
